Jeanne Keiyo Houlton is a Master in the Ichiyo School of Ikebana.  She has a teacher’s certificate in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana as well.  She is the President of the Ichiyo Florida Chapter.  Mrs. Houlton has studied with the Ichiyo Headmaster Akihiro Kasuya and also studies with Executive Master Elaine Jo from Atlanta, Georgia. 

Mrs. Houlton was Program Chairman of Chapter 65 from 2004/05 and Co-Chair for Programs in 2009/10.
